While our principal focus is currently the pursuit of licensing opportunities for our end-to-end solution, specific to orthopedic and sports physical therapy and rehabilitation, OptimisPT is modular. For example, a large skilled nursing facility operator could utilize our clinical decision support and treatment strategies in their existing or future EMR products. A key component of the Optimis system is embedded documentation and billing intelligence. This includes compliance guidelines that introduce a high-level of proficiency to the clinician's every day task of recording the care provided, while keeping consistent with payor regulations. Further, our clinical decision reference protocols are aligned with the EMR guidelines provided in the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. Optimis programming architecture can efficiently and effectively bring HIT vendors into ARRA compliance in the outpatient physical therapy arena, as well as provide for expansion into other rehabilitation markets.
